They took a bite out of the mountain to make this house

My jaw hit the floor when I saw this house on Trendir and Abitare . . . Here's the story and more photos. Designed by Christian Müller Architects, it's located in Vals, Switzerland, otherwise known for Vals Therme by a certain Mr. Zumthor. . . – GF (note the stacked wood I mentioned in the previous post!)
