Villa Rockledge is on the National Register Historic Places.

Villa Rockledge is on the National Register Historic Places. This house is a very beautiful house because it was on the hill and the shore. Property began life almost a century ago and since that time is a precious gift to Hollywood people. It is situated on the edge of the international sea known as the paradise for artists, Laguna Beach. The main house features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 9 fireplace, 2 kitchens, 2 balconies and 2 libraries. Almost every part of the magnificent residence is made by hand - from the thick cement foundations and retaining walls to the rough stone towers, Oceanside large open verandah and decorative chimneys. Each headed casement windows, heavy beams, hand-sanded mahogany floors, wrought-iron fence and the work of hourly jobs are the same. Villa Rockledge is on the National Register Historic Places.
